We offer online courses, group coaching, and private coaching to educate and guide renters through the process. As we expand our reach, we are seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage our social media presence and engage with our growing community.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence across all relevant platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of audience engagement, brand storytelling, and content repurposing, following best practices in digital marketing and content distribution.

As our Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and distributing content tailored to each platform, engaging with followers, and executing daily social media strategies that drive brand awareness, community growth, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, platform-specific content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, carousels, etc.) that aligns with our brand messaging and engages our target audience.
• Take long-form content (such as blog posts, webinars, or course snippets) and transform them into engaging micro-content for different platforms, ensuring a steady flow of valuable and diverse content.
• Actively respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement, answer questions, and build relationships with our audience.
• Implement growth strategies tailored to each social media platform, leveraging trends, hashtags, and engagement techniques to increase our follower base.
• Monitor conversations and trends related to lease takeovers, rental markets, and real estate, and engage in relevant discussions.
• Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics to measure performance, optimize content strategies, and improve engagement.
• Collaborate with our team to create and execute targeted ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Partner with influencers, industry leaders, and brand advocates to expand our reach and credibility.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure we remain ahead of the curve.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role, preferably in real estate, coaching, or online education industries.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X.
• Strong grasp of content marketing principles and the ability to apply them effectively.
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills with a strong ability to adapt to different platform styles.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar) and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools) and video editing experience are a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple content streams and deadlines.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
